This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying. It dried quite dull, not matte, but dull-ish. I noticed it had a wee smell to it, not nearly as bad as Halo though! I'd say it's black with golden glitter, reminded of an Avon polish I have called Golden Twilight (clue in the name) but I'd need a closer look! Must confess to not really liking it at first but it did grow on me a lot! Lasted well.
